1. About these terms
These terms govern use of VanSekolah.com and its public information. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Parent login and family registration are not currently open, and no transport booking is created merely by viewing this website.
2. Platform and operator services
VanSekolah.com provides technology, coordination and operational standards for school transportation. Actual routes may be provided by VanSekolah.com or verified operator partners. The responsible operator, vehicle, driver, route, fee and service conditions must be confirmed before service begins.
3. Availability and route confirmation
School names, areas, schedules, fees and capacity shown on the website are subject to route assessment, operator confirmation and available seats. A submitted interest or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, a particular route or a start date.
4. Parent and guardian responsibilities
Parents and guardians must provide accurate information, keep approved contact and pickup details current, ensure a responsible person is available where required, follow absence and route-change deadlines, and protect account and child QR information once those features launch.
5. Safety, GPS and notifications
Tracking and status notifications are support tools and may be affected by connectivity, device availability, road conditions or operational events. They do not replace direct emergency communication or the judgement of drivers and authorised operators. Vehicle and recording features may vary by operator and will be disclosed where applicable.
6. Fees, payments and refunds
Fees will be confirmed before service activation. Payment schedules, deposits, add-ons, cancellation rules and refund terms may differ by operator or route and will be presented before payment. VanSekolah.com does not currently collect payment through the public launch website.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service security, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or publish a child’s QR, location or journey details without authority.
8. Intellectual property
The VanSekolah.com name, branding, interface, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.
9. Liability and service changes
We aim to keep public information accurate and services reliable, but availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, VanSekolah.com is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from website interruption or reliance on unconfirmed public information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
